AVT can convert most micro-cars. People with motyorcycle licences, who have not passed a car driving test, can drive these vehicles. Quadricycles are ultra lightweight vehicles which makes them good candidates for conversion if lowest possible energy usage is your main concern. If you are not too concerned about creature comforts, can cope with a modest maximum speed and are keen on energy efficiency then our conversions of these vehicles can be very useful.

The base vehicle has a simple single speed fixed ratio gearbox so there is no gear-changing necessary and top speed is around 40 mph. Lithium batteries make a lot of sense in these vehicles allow you to drive for 60 to 100 miles, or you can specify a lead acid battery pack for between 20 and 40 miles. You can choose simple single motor drive systems or at extra cost you can specify a two motor drive system.

AV
T does not supply new conversions of quadricycles as the base vehicles are prohibitively expensive. Instead we convert secondhand vehicles which can prove to be extremely competitively priced.
Find a suitable secondhand micro car and you can get a converted EV on the road for very reasonable cost. See below for prices.

This AVT Quadricycle works as everyday transport climbing some very steep hills on its regular journeys. This particular conversion includes two permanent magnet motors.

Each motor drives a front wheel separately via fixed ratio reduction drives. The conversion is also available with a single series or permanent magnet motor.
